Hello,

Can you please let me know what your system time is set to in windows and if it's up-to-date. Also what Windows operating system version are you using?

I code reviewed this and didn't see anything here, but added some guards
FoundatioFx/Foundatio@6df04ed but was unable to reproduce even with setting time.

Is there any chance you could debug this locally, I'm not sure there is an easy way to change the Serilog logging template via configuration to display the full stack trace.
