Exercises to Add

At minimum, we should strive for twenty exercises at launch, but typically tracks have more nowadays. https://github.com/TheRealOwenRees/reasonml/tree/rescript/exercises/practice has twenty-four exercises that can be migrated (see below) so that covers our basic needs. We can expand this list to track who is working on what for additional exercises. We can link PRs to this issue, but let's try not to close it until we're ready to launch.

Feel free to claim unmarked exercises by editing this post and putting your name after it. We can mark an exercise off once a PR is submitted for it.
