Reduce package size

This current APK size is ~200mb and could be decreased by removing garbage files from other OSes that Oculus Mobile devices do not use.

This applies to Magic Leap and deskop installers as well.

In fact, I did experience store rejections purely on the basis of too many files in packages, so this probably counts as a bugfix too.

Mostly we would need to go throuigh the biggest culprits in node_modules and make sure they are deleted as part of the build process, or -- better yet -- deleted entirely if it turns out they are unused.

I think actually all of the non-dll natives can be deleted entirely (.a). But it depends on an os basis, as well as on the module.

We should start by listing the largest dirs/files in the final packages, and analyze what the problems are. Maybe there are some development modules left over that we can remove from package.json. Maybe there are polluting copy operations in the build scripts. Or maybe the apk/mpk manifests include assets that will never be used.

Note that some of our modules also contain data files like mp3s and fonts that might be wasting space. There could also be unused examples data files.

Ideally we would not add any rms to the build scripts, but rather filter from the package manifests if we can. But removing in the build process is probably a reasonable fallback.
