Conversation header and composer are oversized and low contrast

Environment

Android app 1.0.5 (versionCode 14) from commit d03af65, tested on a physical Pixel 5 running Android 14.

Reproduction

1. Open a topic with a long title.
2. Inspect the header, call action, attachment action, and send action with and without the keyboard.
3. Compare with the approved mobile design.

Actual result

The header consumes excessive vertical space, long topic titles wrap into a large low-contrast block, and the back and call affordances are visually weak. Attachment and send icons use inconsistent contrast and weight.

Expected result

The conversation chrome remains compact, readable, and consistent with the approved mobile design across keyboard states.

Impact

Less conversation content fits on screen and primary actions are harder to identify.
