Not all NEXT_PUBLIC_* gets exposed to browser

Hi, thanks for very solution for Next.js ecosystem. Currently we are working on transition with you library but we can't exactly make it work.

We do have some NEXT_PUBLIC_* variables which is working in browser, but some of them not getting exposed which causing issues. Such as New Relic, PostHog values. Is there anything I could miss which can cause these issues? I was thinking all NEXT_PUBLIC_* will be available on browser. 👀

The reason it doesn't work is because NEXT_PUBLIC_* variables are replaced at build time, so unless you have process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_* it won't get replaced. I published this package that also handles this case
