New CORS playground #468
Description
After the discussions in Slack, I've created a CORS playground for cors so users can test simple CORS-related scenarios. We had something similar in the past, but it stopped working years ago (see #301). I'd like to transfer this repo to the Express.js org.

The project is meant to be deployed to Cloudflare, and there are detailed instructions under DEPLOYMENT.md. I'm also happy to assist a TC member for deployment or do it myself.
