Website design process feedback

Hey folks, we've been working with Orama to help us work on a new design for the website. We've walked through a branding workshop with them as well, but we want to get some feedback on the various designs that we are getting from them.

Here is a figma with some designs for the homepage and the sidebar, any feedback?

We can use this issue to keep track of getting design feedback as things come through.
