Scaling behavior broken in iOS 26 beta

On iOS 26 beta, the scaling behavior of ScalingHeaderScrollView appears to be broken. The header no longer shrinks when scrolling — it stays stuck in the large (expanded) position instead of collapsing as expected.

This issue does not occur on iOS 18, where the behavior still works correctly. It seems the beta introduces changes that affect how the scroll or layout system works with your view.

Noting SwiftUIIntrospect will need updating to support the .introspect(.scrollView, on: [...]) modifier.

It's also worth noting that on iOS 18+ you can use onScrollGeometryChange without needing SwiftUIIntrospect. Meaning this won't be so dependent on updates every June. I made a version using the native API I can share but it removes some things like pull to refresh as I didn't need them

SwiftUI introspect has been updated to support iOS 26: siteline/swiftui-introspect@6ecd8d9

So this library just needs to update the introspect version and update this line:
