Radio using a RTL-SDR

I'm thinking of replacing the radio with a Pi4 running LIVI, software looks great, only thing is it is missing the standard radio. How difficult would it be to add this?

I’m open to implementing DAB+ (including FM), but I currently don’t have a USB-based DAB+ receiver to test with.
If someone is willing to provide one for development, I’d be happy to take a look. As long as it’s compatible with Android or standard Linux, it should definitely be doable.

I personally use LIVI in parallel with the original head unit, so I don’t rely on FM (and honestly, I’ve never used FM in my car). However, I think DAB+ is more interesting, especially since the audio quality is significantly better than FM.
