English version of Stregsystemet

We'd love it if more employees (both tenured and Ph.d.s) would wander the halls of F-klubben and perhaps an English version of the line system would help with that.

I'm not entirely sure what's the best approach, but I'm thinking of wrapping elements in "da" or "eng" and only loading the one selected, or perhaps making a folder of Danish versions, and English versions, and toggling which one the user is navigating within.

It seems some of the i18n features of django have been changed between version 2 and 4, so waiting for #409 would be ideal
