Signup tool and payment tool should have a date and ID column

As a user f both tools, I would like it if there could be a column showing the mobilepay ID of a transfer and the date and time the transfer was made, this makes it easier to find transfer and verify their validity.

In the case of the sign up tool it can only show this after the transfer has been made.
