feat(ui): add confirmation message when disabling tailscale incl. option to silence

Basically what was said in the title adding to this would be the two buttons being. Stop or cancel with the text being something along the lines of "are you sure you want to stop tailscale?" While this is a small issue. Its a step towards accidental killing of the tailscale network on the machine you're running it on. Among that there could be a checkbox to stop this prompt from appearing always if the user so desires that functionality. Thanks for the awesome program thus far! Keep it up!

I think this is a good idea, especially with the option to silence the warning (since I definitely do not want to see a warning personally). But it would be a good default to show it. I will add in the next version of the app.

Hey hey! Though i forgot to ask for a progress update on this it seems progress is been moved up since then! Im do happy to see this being an feature i thought would be lost to time.

@CalebOWolf , yes, I am still considering this feature but not 100% sold on it yet. My guess for the reason for this request, is to prevent shooting yourself in the foot by losing connectivity to a remote node whose connection relies on tailscale.

Why I am unsure:

• I think it is quite unlikely to interact remotely with a machine via a GUI. The only scenario of is via RDP/VNC.
• Some people might find such a confirmation annoying even if it can be disabled. Making it opt-in instead would somewhat defeat the purpose of having the feature

Please do not take this as a rejection of the idea altogether, as I mentioned above I am still considering it. Maybe I will just postpone it a bit since the next release of KTailctl is a major overhaul.
