Multiple Issue with Lab starting

RDP to linux jumnphose failed to connect.
Both BIG-IPs in offline state.

This is the Super NetOps lab. After finishing lab2, 4 hour reached and everything shut down. Once a new lab is retarted, multiple items fail.
