Sticky toolbar disappears under panel header when page title too long

The sticky toolbar of Markdown text editor is disappearing when the page title is too long (or on smaller screens) - actually, the toolbar hides under the panel header, which becomes higher when page title line breaks and/or moves the buttons down.
