RGBW is missing in index.htm (configuration) #123

Hi,
there is no entry in the pulldown menu for RGBW in the color mode selection in index.htm
I added manually
var selectrgbo = {
RGBW: "RGBW",
...
in index.htm and now my 4W Adafruit RGBW Nepopixe is working correctly.l
