Investigate upgrading goa to 1.4 #13
Description
Currently we use goa 1.3.0 but the latest released version is 1.4.0. Let's see if we can easily upgrade it (will require upgrading it in fabric8-common too).
In worse case scenario let's upgrade to 1.3.1 at least.
