TrackerQuery Deletion #2363
Description
This task includes:

Add ability to soft-delete tracker queries
-
This should stop the scheduler for this particular tracker query. Hence, the update of the mirrored work items stops.

Add parameter so that user can choose to either:
-
soft delete the mirrored workitem OR
-
detach the mirrored workitem from trackerquery but keep it in work_items table
