Switch to Maven for resolving dependencies for k8s jgroups #79
Description
Instead of using curl as it's done at the moment we can have our own pom.xml used in the build step for creating clustered image. This way we can leverage Maven caches in the CI environment and save a bit on the build time and potentially avoid network hiccups while building.
