This looks so cool!
From a user experience perspective, you could consider having the "next" button disappear on last page of form as it is confusing having it there, even though it is greyed out I instinctively didn't think I was on the last page of the form. The same with the "back" button on the first page of the form. You could also consider preventing 'next' until a selection is made.
The same applies to the "About" section.
