Status/plan for Unified Constraint Rule RFC?

Hi,
I was wondering whether any progress has been made on the Unified Constraint Rule RFC.
This seems like a great simplification and logical evolution of the constraint system, and since Meta now appears to be largely using Buck2 internally, is there any plan to move forward with this?

Unfortunately, while this RFC is approved, there is currently no plan to implement it this year because the team has other priorities. We will most likely be able to get to it next year.
