https://buck2.build/docs/about/getting_started/ directions do not work with new GitHub auth procedures

cargo +nightly-2024-10-13 install --git ssh://git@github.com/facebook/buck2.git buck2

Fetching repo over https shouldn't require any auth. I verified that current command is still working fine.
