New release

Is it possible to cut a new release soon? There have been many important changes like upgrading vulnerable versions of dependencies (d44b73d, cce12f6) and adding support for GCS as a provider (4f09b8a).

Hopefully, you would be able to squeeze in the following release-related improvements as well:

• Build Windows shim as part of a GitHub release? #77
• Consider enabling immutable releases #120
