In #64, we started to upload non-versioned artifacts for our releases in addition to the versioned ones. In the past, when we tried to change the format of the files in #17, we broke the GitHub action to install dotslash. Once we fix facebook/install-dotslash#11, we can do away with the versioned artifacts.
