No items are showing in my Facebook and Instagram store.

Recently, my items aren't showing up on Facebook or Instagram; it's as if I don't have a store.
They're not hidden in WooCommerce, but they appear hidden in Meta, except on WhatsApp.
I select them to show up in Meta and the plugin, but they keep getting hidden.

Hi, I have same problem. I have warning message "If you've hidden this item using the disabled_capabilities field in your data feed, it will override these settings to hide the item every time the feed is uploaded."

Could you please check if there are any issues surfaced in Facebook Commerce Manager -> Catalogue -> Products -> any problematic product -> "Status and Issues" tab? It may report reasons why it's hidden in shops, for example:

If the above does not solve your issue, could you please share the following info which will help with further investigation:

• Facebook Catalog id
• WooCommerce product id
• WooCommerce product SKU (if provided)
• WooCommerce product type (we generally hide anything but simple and variable products from shops)

Ok, let me explain to you. Looks like your product is affiliate product You can not upload affiliate products to Facebook shop. They do not support. Facebook for Woocommerce plugin when syncing product with Facebook setting it hidden. Try to add simple product and sync it with Facebook It will work. Second problem is end point. Endpoint has to be woocommerce cart otherwise facebook will block shop. Please let me know if you know how to add Amazon affiliate product to Facebook. Another way to add your woocommerce to facebook is "Add Action Button". Check it in Facebook.
