Bug: In Safari, typing Korean in an empty block quote removes the block quote #5104

Lexical version: v0.12.2
Steps To Reproduce
On the playground using Safari...
- Start a block quote using
>or the menu bar - Switch keyboard layout to Korean if not already using
- Start typing
Note that this is only reproducible in Safari. Both Chrome and Firefox behave as expected.
The current behavior
On typing the second character a replacement occurs and the block quote formatting is removed.

The expected behavior
It's possible to create a block quote and start typing in Korean without losing the formatting
