Bug: cursor size does not align with font-size

type anything and make font-size bigger.

In the next paragraph, the cursor is still small. And when you type the font-size still remains big, making the cursor bigger, thus creating a inconsistent feeling for the user.

I've looked into this one, due to lack of caret CSS properties, there are a few approaches:

1. CSS of an empty span: https://benfrain.com/creating-a-custom-input-cursorcaret/ which is why the cursor is correct inside the span (not optimal in here, due to the creation of empty paragraph node and only after typing adding the spans)

2. Override the paragraph node, so that it takes the font-size from the toolbar and when creating the paragraph and when the anchor is at the end of the node to apply to the paragraph element style attribute of 'font-size: px' which will resize the cursor correctly and then swiftly remove once a span is added (not great, but feasible)

The problem with moving any default font sizing logic in the paragraph code, since lexical is headless and supports plain-text, where font-size and toolbar doesn't 'exist', we need a rich-text only solution, which would mean either somehow patching 'INSERT_PARAGRAPH_COMMAND' in the 'rich-text' package and manually adding the font-size.

@zurfyx or @fantactuka any suggestions for a better approach that's fixable without needing a node override?
