Bug: Link pasting using link plugin does not work across comment blocks

1. Add a comment
2. Highlight text that includes comment node
3. Paste a link from clipboard

Link replaces the text

The issue is when the selection is both inside and outside the mark node, some plugin that knows about both links and comments would have to override this functionality so that it can split the mark node to put one mark inside and leave the other mark outside the link.
