Description

The current behavior is that when pressing the right/down key in the current situation, nothing happens.

I suggest changing this so that an empty paragraph is created after the code block.

Similarly, pressing the left/up key in the beginning of the code block does nothing, and I suggest changing this so that an empty paragraph is created before the code block.

For RTL, right/left should be inverted.
