This is an bug with ExportColumnFamily

Rocksdb Version: v8.4.4

ExportColumnFamily API does not export the SST File.

We called the checkpoint's export API. According to the logs, it triggered a flush and generated an sst file numbered 2374, but the export interface failed to recognize this file

The file is actually created

It confirmed as a RocksDB bug, I will submit a PR later to fix the issue.
