Description
Example: "between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday"
From Tuesday, 28 March 2017 at 19:00:00 -0700 (-07:00) to Friday, 31 March 2017 at 21:00:00 -0700 (-07:00) :hour
Maybe one solution is to introduce a new :form of :tod-range and create an explicit rule that intersects :tod-range with :day-of-week...
Really it seems like we want some way to have certain rules bind tighter than others... But that is a much loftier proposition.
