what do you have in mind ?
which problem would you like submitit to solve with this API ?

Hi,

I think the use case is to use submitit from a computer without slurmd/outside slurm cluster. Instead of use sbatch, sinfo, squeue or sacct, submitit would use the REST API from slurm.
