Understanding PJC implementation

In the Private Join and Compute protocol, I don't understand the requirement for the company database to have an [associated value to each keys](https://github.com/facebookresearch/Private-ID/blob/main/etc/example/pjc_company.csv) and what their meaning is (0/1). The [original implementation of PJC](https://github.com/google/private-join-and-compute) does not use such a value.
