Download link for CHMv2 weights not working

I've been trying to download the weights for the CHMv2 model using the provided url: https://ai.meta.com/resources/models-and-libraries/chmv2-downloads/ , but it seems to point to an unavailable page:

I've already filled in the form and gotten access to the backbone, but the CHMv2 model was not on the list. Is the site down or did I do something wrong?
