Dockerfile & Requirements

I have put together a Dockerfile that people might find useful for re-creating and getting started with the fastMRI models. Add the below for the Dockerfile (Github doesn't allow me to attach Dockerfiles) + the requirements.txt in the root of the project and run:
docker build .

RUN apt-get update -y
RUN apt-get upgrade -y

RUN apt install build-essential libdbus-glib-1-dev libgirepository1.0-dev -y

COPY . /

RUN pip install -r requirements.txt


ENV PYTHONUNBUFFERED=1

RUN pip freeze

# Test it works
# RUN python fastmri_examples/unet/train_unet_demo.py --gpus=0
