Error 116 When Using Multi-SLAM Service - fail to download SLAM results

I encountered Error 116 while using the Multi-SLAM service (see the screenshot below). It appears that this issue is caused by a failure to download the SLAM results. Is there a command (in Ubuntu) available to directly download these files without rescheduling the MPS? Or could you please help to fix this issue?

@gogojjh while there isn't a standalone tool for downloading the results, resubmitting the request will not result in successfully completed processing to be rescheduled. So if processing is complete, it will be skipped and the download will start right away. Please try that, and if you need more support, please reach out by e-mail on the address listed in the support page.
