Remove SamplePedestalEvent Branches

Remove all the branch that were created for the samplePedestalEvent processor stuff.

Once PR #364 is in and tested by @jebuss for his stuff they can all be deleted.
Right now I am not to sure wether they could still contain usefull information to fix possible problems, so this issue is to remind us to do this once the PR is in and tested.
