I can't update the server without deleting the container in docker

I can't update the server without deleting the container in docker and creating it again. Docker is not suggesting any updates even If im setting the stable tag. I'm not very experienced with docker, but I have a Project Zomboid server in other container and It updates to the last version automatically on every release. Can I do this with this factorio server too?
