Site not working for several people other than basic card browsing

I've had this problem forever and I'm now seeing apparently others do too:

Some people report it only works in Chrome, others not even in Chrome. When I try to view my collection, for example, I get these Javascript errors:

Deleting caches, trying to change options, etc. have never worked for me. It could be some sort of local database thing that I can't figure out how to clear, but if so is there a way we can work around that so people don't keep getting stuck forever in this situation?
