11.3.2 release

The latest release is from Mar 8, 2024.

That would be nice to perform a 11.3.2 release with the latest PR and bugfixes.

I will second this or at least request a current main branch SHAPSHOT push to the sonatype repo ... there have been PR merges that fix specific problems that I've been dealing with.

I know time is a precious and scarce resource and us whiny devs can be annoying ... but if you didn't write libraries that are nothing short of amazing, we wouldn't be dependent on your code... j/s ☺
