Throw error in make_flowgraph if blocks are not connected at all #2

E.g. currently no error if nullsource/Sink/DigitizerBlock are not connected at all
Currently error is only thrown if a block has at least one connection
(Possibly related: Connect is only called for blocks which are connected to other blocks )
