Check whether the software is published to a container registry

The "registry" check, there are no options for checking whether the software is published to a container registry. It would be nice to be able to assess whether an image is published to a public container registry, e.g. Docker Hub or ghcr.io.

Hi Gabriel, thanks for making the issue. Just to provide some context on why we chose to do it like this: The (3/5) registry checks are meant for checks that improve discoverability, i.e registries that provide search engines with metadata, ideally about what problem the software address, what domain it is in etc, such that search engines can provide better suggestions to a user's query. Dockerhub is not that kind of registry, so we chose to leave it out.
