Latest version (0.15) is not available on PyPI

Although the latest release is 0.15.0, the version on PyPI is still 0.14.2. Given that the latest release fixes several bugs, it would be convenient if this new version can be updated on PyPI as well.

Is there a particular reason for not publishing the latest version to PyPI?
