Account "registration/sign up" failure

I have tried both dfs-server cli and https://create.fairdatasociety.org/ website to create a user but they fail me with generic error messages. Meanwhile user present **foo** return true in dfs-cli which is a bit odd.
The following object represents the error I get from the create website:

Note please that this error may originate from network-level(s) IP range sanctions so please take this into account when investigating this issue.
