PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I'm getting this when updating via CLI (WP-CLI 2.11.0 / WP 6.8.3 over Ubuntu 24).

After that, I accessed the wp-admin and updated it, and it worked fine.

This may have actually been addressed in wp-cli itself.
