🚀 Feature Request: Review and reduce number of generated release assets

In the spirit of simplifying release testing, we should eliminate older versions of WP and unsupported PHP versions. For example, here are assets generated with a release:

I'm suggesting we support only WP 6.0 and up. Going to bring that up in the next TSC meeting as well, with all the justifications. As for PHP versions, we already require a minimum of 8.0, which is also a nice round number for a cutoff.
