Determine Method to update Content

Static content (not blog posts) should be version controlled.

Similar to how https://github.com/WordPress/hosting-handbook/ works.

In my opinion, we should not actually be automating the export of content from this repository for the main site. That will greatly limit our ability to structure content on the site, since we'd have to manage block markup in code, rather than letting the editor do it.

Our main site is essentially our marketing environment, and I think we'll need to be more flexible with formatting than a markdown migration would allow.

It also probably won't be very dynamic content (I hope) so managing updates on a continuous basis shouldn't be overwhelming.

As I see it (and what I suggested talking to @tacoverdo today) was that whenever we merge an update to the site content, we need to open a new issue to delegate merging that change into the public site.

Open to other suggestions, though!
