We'll need some thing about the specifications. This may actually be best as a documentation subdomain that's automatically generated from the specification repositories.

@cdils Dropping this as a placeholder. As the Infrastructure WG generates documentation, we'll want to include that. Specifically things like architecture, moderation, approve/deny federation partners, how FAIR handles CRA/GDPR, etc.
