Add link to 1.0 release blog post in package highlight

I think this highlight that appears on all packages should be a link to the post: https://fair.pm/blog/2025/09/24/discover-trust-install-fair-1-0-is-here/

The highlighting stands out more than the package title. Perhaps it could be differentiated with a background color or a smaller font size.

So, actually that heading shouldn't be there - that must be a bug in the plugins template, because I have no idea why that would be pulling in the latest post heading. This is either an issue in the theme or in AspireExplorer; I'll have to figure that out.

In my local it's getting the Plugins page title, which is what I expected. Will require further research.
