Some links on “Get Involved” page don’t work

Problem: The links Installation for End Users (GitHub) and Creating a DID for your package (GitHub) do not work with a normal left click. They only open in a new window.

It seems to be a JavaScript issue.

The links are correct and work fine on GitHub, but on the site they are intercepted by the frontend script.

When JavaScript is disabled in the browser, the links work correctly.

This seems like a theme issue; but I'm noticing that the deployment of the last theme update doesn't seem to be there for me. This might be a caching issue; I've requested a manual flush of the cache, and this isn't happening for me using the same page content on my local with the current version of the theme.
