plugin doesn't work

why when I install the TapToDo_pr2.phar plugin it doesn't work on my server? after I saw it on my console there it was written: [09:34:17] [Server thread / ERROR]: Could not load the 'TapToDo' plugin: Incompatible API version (plugin requires one of: 3.0.0-ALPHA8)

At my console when i want to load the plugin:
[10:14:26] [Server thread / ERROR]: Could not load the 'TapToDo' plugin: Incompatible API version (plugin requires API 1.0.0)
